Icecream Shop Pos System using Java

The Icecream shop pos system is developed using Java. The project is built to manage sales and transactions. To make a new transaction, fields such as: Ice cream type and Drink type, qty needs to be selected. If you like to learn point of sales systems step by step, this is the right place to learn from the beginning. In this tutorial useful for making a point of sales system for a small shops.

The system shall be able to select the relevant Ice cream type and Drink type.

Step 1: implement  MouseListener

public class pos extends javax.swing.JFrame implements MouseListener {

Step 2:  set the addMouseListener(this) in to each label.  write it inside the constructor.

public class pos extends javax.swing.JFrame implements MouseListener {
 public pos()
    {
        initComponents();
        lcho.addMouseListener(this);
        lmango.addMouseListener(this);
        lsww.addMouseListener(this);
        lven.addMouseListener(this);
        lmix.addMouseListener(this);
        lcoco.addMouseListener(this);
        lapp.addMouseListener(this);
        lorn.addMouseListener(this);
        jTable1.setForeground(Color.YELLOW);
        jTable1.setBackground(Color.BLACK);
        jTable1.setOpaque(false);
        jTable1.setFont(new Font("Serif",Font.BOLD,16));
    }

after implemented the MouseListener it ask to implement all the abstruct method of MouseListener.you must implement it.

after created all abstruct methods paste the code inside the mouseClicked method.

@Override
public void mouseClicked(MouseEvent e) {

if(e.getSource() == lcho )
{
String name = "Chocolate";
int price = 45;

int qty = Integer.parseInt(JOptionPane.showInputDialog("Enter the Qty"));
int tot = price * qty;

model = (DefaultTableModel)jTable1.getModel();

model.addRow(new Object[]
{
name,
price,
qty,
tot,
});

int sum = 0;

for(int i = 0; i <jTable1.getRowCount(); i++)
{

sum = sum + Integer.parseInt(jTable1.getValueAt(i, 3).toString());

}
txtsub.setText(Integer.toString(sum));
}
else if(e.getSource() == lmango )
{

}

else if(e.getSource() == lsww )
{
