0:04
email marketing. Email marketing the
0:06
best software which name is BO. Okay,
0:09
this is a very best software. So if you
0:12
are not experienced of this software,
0:13
I'll be uh teach you in the efficient
0:16
way to easy to understandable. Okay, so
0:19
you have to click on this particular
0:20
link. Okay, this is software. So okay, I
0:23
already sign up. So if you are not if
0:26
you don't have any account you can sign
0:28
sign in via your Gmail account and it
0:31
ask to enter your email uh website you
0:34
have to without website you can't do it.
0:37
So first you have to implement your
0:38
website first. Okay after that you can
0:41
get into this dashboard.
0:44
Okay this is my website I attached it
0:46
here. So this is where it is coming
0:48
along with my name. Okay. This is how
0:50
simply the dashboard is display. Very
0:52
simple dashboard. Okay. So first one we
0:55
have to talk about the CRM BT CRM is
0:59
nothing but custom relationship
1:00
management. Okay, custom relationship
1:03
management. Okay, now here what I'm
1:05
going to do is here I'm going to go to
1:07
so here that uh first I'm going to go to
1:11
here
1:13
u
1:15
I'm going to start from the scratch. So
1:18
first first you have a
1:21
before you have to run the email
1:23
campaign we have to first what I'm going
1:25
to do is I I want to create the contact
1:28
list okay we have to create a contact
1:30
list okay so we we don't have a contact
1:33
list we have a freshers okay so we now
1:36
I'm going to make the contact list okay
1:38
contact list what I'm going to I have a
1:40
contact list so first without a contact
1:44
list we have we can't do the email
1:46
campaign So what are the if you run the
1:49
imagine you are run the campaign
1:51
Facebook or Google ads or something else
1:55
you can get the context campaign okay
1:58
collect the people's who who interest
2:00
that particular course who uh who who
2:06
apply that particular course cost course
2:08
those leads you collected as a excel
2:10
sheet so I have I having a excel sheet
2:14
and that collect TV
2:17
uh list. Okay, this is uh regarding
2:20
about the uh Java programming context.
2:24
This contact I'm going to run the email
2:27
campaign. So what I'm going to click
2:28
contact
2:31
sorry here now import contact here
2:34
contact
2:36
continue
2:38
import from the file. Click on it here.
2:41
I'm going to click on it and go to the D
2:44
drive.
2:46
Now what I'm going to go to the this one
2:48
you have to now you now you can you can
2:52
see that uh what the file you upload
2:55
respective contact is there
2:57
confirm your file click on it.
3:02
Now here when you click confirm uh
3:04
confirm this one you can click on uh you
3:06
can uh you having this options mapping
3:09
options. So here you have to select if
3:12
you it is defaulted selected if it is
3:14
not selected defaultly uh here when you
3:18
when you open up your excel document
3:21
there there are two fields first one is
3:24
your first name second one is the email
3:26
so when you mapping
3:29
when you mapping so first first name you
3:32
must select as first name
3:35
uh here email you have to select the
3:38
email from from this filter
3:41
Okay. So this both of you have selected.
3:44
So imagine if you have a
3:47
contact contact
3:50
you have to select as a
3:53
SMS.
3:55
Okay. You have to must select as SMS as
3:59
well as your country. Both you must
4:01
select that. uh if you want to if you
4:04
are going to uh uh put as a
4:09
phone number as so after done the stuff
4:13
confirm mapping
4:15
okay now after confirm mapping you come
4:17
to this place this place what you are
4:20
going to is here we don't have any
4:22
context so far first I have to go to
4:25
create a list you have to provide the
4:27
name of the list so first I'm going to
4:29
go to that create a new folder here New
4:32
folder I'm going to master Java
4:35
course
4:37
okay registration uh imagine Java course
4:41
I have get the leads from the students
4:43
put it as one folder as a Java course
4:46
create a folder here Java
4:51
course
4:54
leads something like that or students
4:58
okay class name create a now you can see
5:00
here Java Post lead has been created.
5:03
Click confirm list
5:06
here. Click confirm here. You have to
5:09
this is the leads. Okay. Can confirm.
5:12
Now what I'm going to here I'm going to
5:16
confirm for importing. This is the this
5:18
is the full context. I'm going to import
5:20
it.
5:24
So all the
5:26
uh leads will be importing successfully.
5:28
You will be able to see all the leads
5:30
will be importing successfully. Okay,
5:33
it's a things we have to do it. Okay,
5:35
then we are going to the list. You'll be
5:36
able to see here Java course leads there
5:39
are 29 people are joining to the
5:43
content. This 25 29 people I have to run
5:47
the
5:49
email campaign. So email campaign how to
5:52
do step by step. Okay. or email campaign
5:55
you have to go to the marketing.
5:59
Okay, the marketing there is a trans
6:03
there marketing sorry marketing there is
6:05
a campaign the campaign you can see the
6:10
create campaign click on it here okay so
6:13
don't create here before that marketing
6:16
you can go to the template now you can
6:19
see here Java course lead has been
6:21
created click confirm list
6:25
here click confirm here you have to this
6:28
is the leads
6:29
can confirm.
6:31
Now what I'm going to erase here I'm
6:33
going to confirm for importing this is
6:36
the this is the full context. I'm going
6:39
to import it.
6:43
So all the
6:45
uh leads will be importing successfully.
6:47
You'll be able to see all the leads will
6:49
be importing successfully. Okay. It's a
6:52
things we have to do it. Okay. Then we
6:54
are going to the list. You'll be able to
6:55
see here Java course leads. There are 29
7:00
peoples are joining to the content. This
7:02
25 29 peoples I have to run the
7:07
email campaign. So email campaign how to
7:10
do step by step. Okay. So email campaign
7:13
you have to go to the marketing.
7:18
Okay. The marketing that is a trans
7:21
there's a marketing. Sorry marketing
7:24
there is a campaign. the campaign you
7:27
can see the create campaign click on it
7:31
here okay so don't create here before
7:34
that marketing you can go to the temp
7:37
now here you have to create a template
7:39
so you can click create template
7:42
uh so that sender email okay so send
7:45
email it's there this email uh so here
7:48
we have a subject line so here that
7:52
Okay,
7:56
a subject line they asking to enter some
7:58
some subject line. So we have to use
8:00
some later on we can change this one. Uh
8:03
add the sorry here add content.
8:06
Okay. So here at canon you have to start
8:08
with the from the scratch. I'm going to
8:10
do the from the scratch.
8:16
Okay. You're coming to this area.
8:21
Okay, you come to the ST here where you
8:23
can drag and drop and do the email temp.
8:27
So here the email you can see here you
8:30
don't worry about that. So everything
8:32
are there.
8:35
Okay in detailing here everything are
8:37
there. So you can just add also you if
8:40
you don't have any idea to create the
8:41
adder don't worry you just drag and drop
8:44
add your company logo you can put the
8:48
company logo over here here your
8:50
Facebook account all the things are you
8:52
can just drag and drop it after that you
8:56
need a uh email template everything are
8:59
there here body uh
9:04
whatever whatever things uh image
9:08
and footer column everything are there
9:11
now what I'm going to here we have to uh
9:15
drag it
9:18
the things like this this one okay some
9:22
photo you can attach your photo as well
9:24
so here and drag it block and text field
9:29
as well here I got the message hi
9:34
greetings
9:36
whatever
9:40
Greetings means here we have to the
9:42
people's names. Okay, the people's name
9:45
of the uh email campaign. So that you
9:48
click on it. This one you have to go to
9:50
the add variable
9:52
in this point. We have to attach it to
9:54
the first name of the people.
9:57
The first name is display. Okay. Okay.
10:00
So this is the thing we have to this is
10:02
a like a mail uh this is a this is the
10:06
people's names what are the list you
10:09
have collected this all the names are
10:11
displayed one by one each and every
10:12
persons okay so here uh that you can see
10:16
that uh whatever if you want this image
10:18
you can drop it that there image if you
10:20
are sections you can add the section as
10:22
well on your uh email campaign after
10:26
that you have if you if you need a
10:29
uh footer
10:33
the footer if you need a footer you just
10:35
drag on the footer as well. So
10:37
everything you will be able to create as
10:41
a email campaign here. Your email
10:43
campaign is ready. Okay, that's a
10:45
template. This template I'm going to
10:46
save it.
10:49
Okay, your template is save or send your
10:53
doain is not authority then that replace
10:55
it. Okay. So whatever. Okay. So whatever
10:59
uh new sent email address or whatever.
11:11
So now what I'm going to have some new
11:14
to send email. Okay. Okay. I save it.
11:17
This one the template has been saved. No
11:21
problem. Later on the send email we can
11:23
change here template has been saved.
11:25
This a template which is a seven. This
11:27
one you can uh we have to uh 7 minute uh
11:33
this is a template uh template ID 7. So
11:38
while you creating the campaign you have
11:40
to just uh number should be you can uh
11:44
remember okay so after done the template
11:46
you can run the campaign create the
11:48
campaign
11:50
email
11:53
the same campaign what's the campaign
11:54
you have write java cost
12:03
the name must be okay you have to do the
12:06
name correctly. Okay. Java course. Java
12:10
course. Okay. This where my this is a
12:13
campaign. Okay. So that uh we also this
12:15
also we have to edit that uh this is the
12:18
campaign. We have didn't give the name.
12:20
So this name also Java
12:24
course template.
12:27
Okay. The same name I'm going to give
12:29
the campaign as
12:35
not applied. Okay, this name you can
12:39
edit. Okay, just edit why it's not
12:41
edited. Okay, so Java campaign Java
12:44
course.
12:47
Yeah, I didn't save it. That's why save
12:52
the Java. Okay, now the campaign.
12:56
campaign.
12:57
Create campaign email.
13:00
Java course.
13:08
Click create campaign
13:12
here.
13:14
Sender email id. If it is not you have
13:17
selected it automatically select as our
13:19
email ID. Okay. So this is the email id.
13:24
So we are send us email id. Okay just
13:27
send us email id. Okay send email
13:32
accidentally I close it campaign name.
13:37
Okay add uh recipients click on the add
13:43
respect
13:45
that respective link which is a Java
13:46
course. This is the leads you collect on
13:48
Java course here.
13:51
Java course leads
13:54
29 experience are there. You have to
13:56
select them as well. Save
14:00
subject you have to your timeline
14:03
subject. Okay. Java course
14:08
something like it. Uh
14:12
do you need Java
14:16
program
14:20
easy
14:22
way
14:24
like that we have to sending the subject
14:26
line. So the pay people will be already
14:29
these people are interested people of
14:30
Java. We have to convert them as a uh
14:34
sales. So you have to give the
14:36
attractive
14:38
uh text for
14:40
make some more curiosity. Okay, you have
14:43
to write the
14:46
text which will be attractive way for
14:50
make more curiosity to uh get more
14:53
sales. So you write that kind of a text.
14:55
You have to implement that kind of text.
14:57
Click save.
15:00
Design your select as this design. Use
15:04
this template.
15:07
That's it.
15:10
Save and quit.
15:13
Okay. All the things have been applied
15:16
successfully. Now you can now you can
15:18
before you can uh send the schedule the
15:21
email first. You have to test it. Click
15:24
preview preview sender. So my my the
15:29
here we send a test email.
15:33
Okay. So send a test email here also.
15:37
You can write it here. Mail at the
15:40
manage the mail list. You can type it
15:42
over here. This one I already added
15:45
tested
15:47
mail. So you have to refresh them.
15:51
test email.
15:57
So this one
16:00
you can test out.
16:02
Okay. If the email is successfully sent
16:06
uh what are the uh that the same uh
16:10
template look okay so if it is
16:13
successful you will be able to
16:16
go go and open your mail the right away
16:19
it is it is on your mailbox. Okay. So
16:23
after that the email uh template by
16:26
which you are design is the same design
16:29
uh the the same look
16:33
uh will be
16:35
on your email list. Okay. The same
16:37
format will be uh your email list. Okay.
16:41
After that you satisfy you go and go to
16:44
the shadow and you can schedule if it is
16:47
if you are scheduled right now it go
16:49
right away. Okay. If you are set later
16:51
and you will be able to uh select the
16:54
date and time as well and click schedule
16:58
it has been set. Okay. Okay. This how
17:01
you have make the simple email campaign
17:03
professionally. Okay. Keep in your mind
17:05
this is a simple one. Okay. It is take
17:08
it is very simple. Okay. Thank you for
17:10
